How do I give feedback directly to 7-Eleven?

If you have a query you would like addressed by 7-Eleven or 7Rewards directly, eg. specific to your account points or the 7Rewards app, you can submit your request to the 7-Eleven customer service team via this link.

How are my survey responses handled?

Survey responses are collated and analyzed collectively by Evolved Insights and are then presented and used by key team members in 7-Eleven, who use this data to make informed decisions on how to improve 7-Eleven products and services.

Will I get to see the results?

We will provide you with regular updates on what we have learned, as well as the impact your responses may have made to different products and services that 7-Eleven offers.

If an idea of mine is implemented, will I get credit?

If an idea of yours is implemented, we may give you credit on our community but we won’t be providing compensation to members if we use an idea discussed on The Brainfreeze Collective. How do I register to be part of The Brainfreeze Collective?

7-Eleven Rewards account holders can register by going to www.thebrainfreezecollective.com and clicking the “Register as new member” link. Please register by providing us with your First Name, Last Name, and email address and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Statement Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive an email confirming your email address and a link that will direct you to The Brainfreeze Collective site. From there, we’d love you to fill out some profile information so we can get to know you better and tailor the most relevant content for you.

How do I update my details?

You can update your details at any time via your My Profile page.

Prizes and rewards

How do I earn prize draw entries?

You can earn prize draw entries on The Brainfreeze Collective by being active in the community. Quick polls, surveys, and conversations all earn you entries. Each entry puts you into the monthly prize draw. Click on My Account in the top right-hand corner of the page to see how many entries you have earned. For more detail, you can also click on My Activity, which you will find on the My Account menu under My Prizes.

Tell me more about the prize draws

The Brainfreeze Collective offers entry into a monthly draw of a share of 10 Million 7Rewards points, across a heap of prizes - 2,375 x 4,000 and 25 x 20,000 7Rewards points given away each month. Every activity you complete on The Brainfreeze Collective gives you another entry into the prize draw. For full details, please see the Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions accessed by clicking on Terms and Conditions in the bottom left corner of the page.

How do I collect my prize?

Your 7Rewards points will be added to your 7Rewards card or sent to your cell phone if you don’t have a card within 14 days of winning a prize

How do I check to see if I've received my points?

You can see your points total at the top of the screen in the 7Rewards app. To check your transaction history, click on the Account icon in the upper left corner then click on “Transaction History.” At this time, sweepstakes points are not labeled as being from The Brainfreeze Collective, but we’re working on that. If you can’t see the points, go back to the “Account” page and click on “Missing Points” or contact 7-Eleven at 1-800-255-0711.
